What is your refund policy?
Cancellations received in writing by March 1, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $100 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 10, 2024.
If I submit two papers, how much do I need to pay?
If you plan to publish two papers in the conference proceedings, you will need to pay the registration fee for each paper submitted. Please note that if a paper has multiple authors and more than one author wishes to physically attend the conference, each attending author must pay the full registration fee.
How to pay the registration fee?
The official payment method for registration fees is credit card: VISA, Master, JCB. To pay the registration fee, please log in the conference management system and click “Pay Registration Fee” link, then follow the instructions. For any questions regarding your payment, please write an email to us.
Could the conference give me any financial support or a registration fee discount?
Thank you for your question regarding financial support for our upcoming conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide discounted or complimentary registration to any participants. The registration fee covers the substantial operating costs required to deliver a quality international conference experience, such as venue rental, printing, food and beverage, technology, and staffing. We aim to keep registration fees as low as possible while providing exceptional services to all attendees.
When will the conference proceedings be ready?
The proceedings will be published on the website on the first day of the conference.
Can I attend the conference as a listener?
Yes, non-author attendees are welcome. However, you still need to pay the registration fee. The registration fee is US$300 for listeners.
